Rules for the use of silicone molds:

Rule 1: Silicone molds, unlike glass and ceramic ones, have increased flexibility, so you need to pour the dough into them when they are already on a baking sheet or wire rack.

Rule 2: Feel free to use silicone molds in any oven - gas, electric, microwave. Put them in the freezer too. Such forms can easily withstand temperature differences from -40 ° C to +240 ° C, so they are excellent not only for baking, but also for freezing.

Rule 3: Lubricate the silicone mold before you start using it, it is recommended only once, the very first.

Rule 4: Remove pastries from the mold, letting it stand for 5-7 minutes beforehand. Then just tilt the mold to the side - the finished pastries will fall out of the mold by themselves. If the pastry is still stuck and does not come out, bend the edge of the mold outward. First, pick up the stuck cake or pie from the side with a silicone or wooden spatula. Do not use metal knives or forks to remove the pastry, pierce the mold.
